The purpose of the Advanced program is structured so to:

  • Empower teachers to grow and support their own evolution, creativity and inspiration by establishing a very solid personal Sadhana and self-care.
  • To provide Teachers with the full spectrum of techniques for teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga in an inspirational, joyous, ever-new and safe way to intermediate and advanced students.
  • To shift the “win-loose”  paradigm  that is dominant in our society and create a nourishing environment and support network where the power of co-creativity replaces the isolation of competition.

Both courses are offered based on nearly three decades ( more than twenty five years ) of my personal experience of living Yoga.

In the eighties i’ve learned pranayama, yogic and ayurvedic ethics and  lifestyle, philosophy, concentration and meditation techniques directly from my yogini mum’s and his partner, an indian teacher and accomplished yogi  that had lived in the Shivananda ashram in his youth.

In the nineties i’ve  spent extensive periods of time in Swami Kriyananda’s villages in Italy and California, where people live according to the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. From that experience and from Swami i ‘ve learnt Karma Yoga ( selfless service) , Bhakti ( devotion), Chanting in Sanskrit and playing the Harmonium, more on yogic lifestyle and Classical philosophy and most important other techniques of pranayama , visualisation and meditation that go under the name of Kriya Yoga. I have experienced first hand the importance of the Sangha/Community of like-minded people or, as Swami would say ” Many hands make a Miracle!”. Today we call this power Heart Synchopation and Heart Field Coherence in the circles of Modern Science.

Finally in 2003 i’ve began my studied of Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea. Shiva is a pioneer of  a branch of Vinyasa Flow called Prana Flow Yoga that stems from Krishnamacharia’s teachings and integrates the tantric roots of Hatha Yoga with Ayurveda, Bhakti and somatics.

I myself have trained as an Electronic Engineer in the Human Electromagnetic Field  and have spent many years studying scientific disciplines like Math and Geometry, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and then later branches of Modern Science like Fractal Geometry, Quantum Physics, Vibrational Chemistry ,Neuroscience and  Evolutionary Theories. I’ve spent  several years  studying Nutrition and i’ m passionate about Healthy Lifestyle.

All this comes together in Foundation 200hrs  and Advanced Vinyasa Flow Yoga Courses 300 hrs / 500 hrs to offer you a cutting edge holistic program that integrated the Ancient Teachings of Yoga  into our Contemporary Lifestyle.

It is with enormous Joy, passion and dedication to Yoga that i’ve created this training Programs and look forward to hearing from you and interviewing you if you would like to join in.
